European-Russian Bank offers new favorable rates on fixed term deposits

European-Russian Bank announces changes in interest rates on term deposits in Czech crowns, euros, US dollars and Russian rubles. Now the bank’s clients can deposit money in any of the listed currencies for the term of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years and 3 years under the following conditions:

  • for deposits in CZK and EUR the annual interest rates will vary from 2 % to 3.7 %;
  • for deposits in UD dollars  - form 1.5% to 3.7%. For Russian rubles the annual interest rates will vary from 5% to 11%;
  • for fixed term deposits for more than 3 years or exceeding 3 million Czech crowns (or its equivalent in any major currency), individual rates are applied.

The cancellation of the minimum deposit size is one additional important innovation in the services, provided by the European-Russian bank. This means that now the clients can deposit any amount, which they have available at a particular moment.

It is not required to have a current account in order to open a term deposit in ERB. There is no maintenance fee for such deposits, no commission fee applied to transactions made on term deposits.

The clients of the European-Russian Bank can rest assured that their insured funds are safe. ERB is aparticipant ofdeposit insurance system on the conditions established by Act No. 21/1992 Coll. of Laws on Banks of the Czech Republic. Compensation is paid at 100% of the deposit amount, but not more than 50 000 euros.
